Stand sizes and rates
Stands are 4, 6, 12 or 24 m2. Price per m2 is 2500 NOK.

  • 4 m2 – NOK 10 000*
  • 6 m2 – NOK 15 000*
  • 12 m2 – NOK 30 000**
  • 24 m2 – NOK 60 000**

* For 4 and 6 m2 booths, a linked logo to your company on the “Our sponsor” page on our website is included in the price. Logos (in appropriate file-format for web publishing) and correct link should be send to or after boot reservation has been submitted. Location of the Exhibition
The exhibition area is located in the venue near the lecture hall, and will be divided in several areas. Coffee during breaks as well as lunch will served be in the exhibition area. The floorplan will be organized to fit the venue and the sizes and number of stands. The floorplan will be posted on the website in due time before the conference.

Attracting participants to the boots
We generally encourage you to make your booths interactive in order to attract the participants. During the conference, a quiz will be arranged in order to activate and attract the participants to all booths. The quiz will run during all three days of the conference (including during Exhibitor’s evening). After booth reservation, each company will be consulted regarding questions/tasks for each boot to be included in the quiz. The winner of the quiz will be announce during conference dinner and your company have the possibility to sponsor this price, please consult Other sponsoring for more information.

Exhibition opening hours
The exhibition is open during the congress as follows:
Thursday, April 26th, 2018 from 12:00 – 17:30
Friday, April 27th, 2018 at 09:00 – 22:00 during the Exhibitors evening.
Saturday, April 28th, 2018 at 09:00 – 13:00

Stand set-up and dismantling
The exhibition area and the stands are open for set-up on the following times:
Wednesday, April 25th from 16:00
Thursday, April 26th from 06:00 to 11:00
Kindly notice that the exhibition area should be ready and final installation completed latest by 11:00 (as lunch start at 12:00 and the Scientific Program starts at 14:00).

The exhibition dismantling time is Saturday, April 28th from 13:00 to 17:00 The stand should be completely cleared by this time. The exhibitor is responsible for the installation and dismantling of his own stand materials

Catering services
Clarion Hotel Ernst has exclusive catering rights. Exhibitors may not serve any products brought to the stand themselves apart from their own company`s sweets or other similar products. Any extra catering services should be ordered in advance from the hotel.

Transport and storage
Material and goods can be delivered up to 1 week before the event. For big shipments please contact Clarion Hotel Ernst for details as space for storage might be limited.

The exhibitor will be responsible for the ground handling, reception, unpacking and storing of his goods and for their removal after the exhibition. The exhibitor is responsible for all possible costs related to their material handling and storage.

Storage after the conference
Storage of equipment etc. is possible one week after the event. By that time all materials should be picked up by your courier.
